The Green Hornet

The Green Hornet is not the serious Marvel heroes' movies like Spiderman, Captain America or Superman. Rather, there is a cynical side to it that the real hero Green Hero is a hopeless figure and depends on his sidekick, Kato solely.
The Hornet is Britt Reid (Rogen), the playboy son of a newspaper mogul (Wilkinson) who inherits his father's company after the old man succumbs to a bee sting. He also "inherits" his dad's mechanic and coffee-maker Kato (Chou), who turns out to be a genius.
They hatched the idea to be in the capes to fight crimes. There are plenty of laughs as Green Hornet tires to fight the bad guys only to be a hopeless until Kato intervenes.
As they become more well-known, Green Hornet begins to crow about his success leaving no credit to Kato. Naturally, both fight it out one night. Will this be the end of their liaison?

Paranormal Activity 2

This show has nothing to be scare about. If you feel your life is boring and you want to film it, then this is how it looks like. OK, so we won't have things that go bump in the day or night so that's the only tiny weeny difference here.

The Tourist

An American tourist, Frank (played by Johnny Depp) is asked by a beauty in Paris to play her lover because she is hunted by the authorities. He played along not knowing that the pretty woman, Elise (Angelina Jolie) is part of an espionage. There are twists and turns in the movie and the best part is the ending when you think it is so but it turns out differently. Enjoyable.

Gulliver's Travels

Just like the Grimm brothers' original tale, the guy who is travelling in this modern adaptation is Lemuel Gulliver who has been working in the mail room of a corporate office for more than a decade. He is attracted to a lady in the same office but too shy to approach her. Then he hires a new guy who overnight becomes his boss and Gulliver is asked to take some bold approach to improve his life, at work or romantically. Though he couldn't do the latter, he plagarised a website's content to write about a place of attraction. Thus he wins a trip to Bermuda's Triangle and that's when he shipwrecks and wakes up in Lilliput.

TRON: Legacy

Kevin Flynn is in the midst of creating a virtual world when he disappeared from his family leaving his son, Sam. 20 years later, Kevin's friend receives a message on his pager from Kevin. He tells Sam about this and Sam goes to his father's video arcade to have a look. As he uncovers a secret passageway, he also finds some computers which he dabbles with until he finds himself transmitted to The Grid. There, he finds his father and found out that he is battling his evil creation with the same face. This is a science fiction show with lots of heart stopping music. You will love it if you like such shows.

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader

Edward and Lucy are sucked into a pool of water which pours out of an ocean painting with their obnoxious cousin Eustace. Eustace doesn't get along well with them and upon reaching Narnia world keeps asking to go home. They are saved by a ship called The Dawn Treader. Prince Caspian is in the ship waiting for them with his crew. Caspian explains that Narnia has been in peace for three years but before he took his throne back, his uncle tried to kill the seven lords of Telmar, who were the closest and most loyal friends of his father. They fled to The Lone Island and no one has ever heard anything about them. Now Caspian is seeking out the lords of Telmar with his Captain Drinian, the rat Reepicheep and his loyal men.
Lots of CGI are tossed in so it is a good fantasy movie. Enjoy!
